Psychopathic behaviour traits may be more common than many of us would think: 1 per cent of the population could be psychopaths. Psychopaths exploit any laxity in the recruitment process and can rise through the ranks as they are expert at deflecting criticism. An overriding characteristic is inability to work in team.
