Carolyn Waller Collection (NEJL 063)
Waller’s papers include documentation of the organization and the work of the WHO, including a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, Board meeting minutes from 1990-1995, background reports on Haiti issued by the WHO, press releases, and newsletters, including releases from the Haiti National Network Fax Transmission Service. Reports include a WHO Report on the elections in Haiti in 1990, and a 1994 analysis of the USAID Democracy Enhancement Project. In addition, Waller’s papers include background research materials on the human rights situation in Haiti, and on the situation of Haitian refugees in the U.S. during the 1980s and 1990s.
