Continues the speech by the Honorable Edith Green of the U.S. House of Representatives, who spoke on "Federal University Policies for the 1970s." Father Robert J. Henle, the new University president, spoke about "University Reform: The United states of America, 1970." Finally the tape concludes with a combination of the intra-panel discussion and the critics bench. Members included: Andre Hellegers, John Kolojeski, Herbert Maisel, Father Henle, Edith Green, Harold Enarson, Theodore Hesburgh, Allan Carter, Steven Cheston, David Hill, and John G. Murphy. David Hill questioned Harold Enarson; Andre Hellegers questioned Father Henle; Steven Cheston questioned Chancellor Carter. The tape ended abruptly in the middle of Father Henle's response to John Murphy's question.
