Description
Note: Due to technical difficulties, the first portion of this session was not captured or recorded.
Your publicly searchable profile on GUFaculty360, our new faculty and doctoral student portal, is more important than you think. For example, it's the first thing many university press editors see when deciding whether to consider your new book proposal. If you frame your research well, it may help a conference panel chair agree that you're the right expert to invite onto the team. For these and many other reasons it is the front door to your career. Come learn how to use this new tool and share best practices on how to optimize your public intellectual presence from the Director of the Office of Scholarly Publications and the Director of Copyright and Scholarly Communications. This is also an opportunity to provide feedback on the system and make suggestions for enhancement.
