Abstract
Judge Collyer responded to a request from Chairman Goodlatte for access to certain documents, which the Chairman simultaneously requested from the executive branch. Judge Collyer noted the novelty of the request for information relating to specific FISA applications, and stated that the Court would defer to the executive branch’s handling of the request.
