The Court finds no merit in the defendants’ contention that FISA is either unconstitutionally broad, violates probable cause requirements of the Fourth Amendment, or deprives nonresident aliens of equal protection of the law. 743 F.2d at 71. The Court also found “no grounds for concluding that the requirements of FISA were not met.” Id. at 77.
