    Elec. Frontier Found. v. DOJ, 892 F. Supp. 2d 95

    Holding, Findings, and Matters of Law

    EFF brought suit after DOJ denied FOIA request for an Office of Legal Counsel (OLC) Opinion memorandum. 892 F. Supp. 2d at 96-97. The Court found that the material was properly withheld under Exemption 1 (national security) and 5 (deliberative process privilege). Id. at 101.
