    Schuchardt v. Trump

    Holding, Findings, and Matters of Law

    The Court granted the government’s motion to dismiss for lack of standing. 2019 WL 426482, at *1. The government has shown by preponderance that it did not engage in dragnet-type activity through the PRISM program. Id. Thus, the plaintiff could not establish a plausible claim that the plaintiff’s data was captured. Id.
