dc.description[MD] ### Holding, Findings, and Matters of Law The Court declined to entertain the ACLU’s petition to revisit the Court’s decision in GID.CA.00013, holding that it "is unpersuaded that the Movant has shown cause as to why this Court has jurisdiction to consider its current claims.” Id. at 2. The Court also finds that this case does not present a question of law to bring before the Supreme Court. Id. at 3. GID.C.00285 is affirmed and the movant’s petition is dismissed. Id.en_US
