After Kevin Clinesmith pleaded guilty to one count of false statements in connection with the preparation of an application for renewal of a surveillance warrant for the FISC, the District Court granted Carter Page, the target of this fourth application, an opportunity to speak at the sentencing hearing, but declined to award restitution. 2021 WL 184316, at *1.
