dc.description | Elsa D'Silvia talks about her switch from the aviation industry to a social entrepreneur tackling gender based violence in India through her company Red Dot Foundation and it's SafeCity platform which collates location data on sexual assault. As an agent of women and survivors' rights Elsa talks about her own experience with sexism and gender based violence and how she was inspired to act. She also talks about strategies for implimenting social change through entrepreneurship and applying her knowledge from the aviation industry to her work. | |
