In this interview, Sivagami "Shiva" Subbaraman speaks with Jose Ramos (C '19) about his experience working at the LGBTQ Resource Center while a student at Georgetown University. Ramos speaks about how his work on producing the Center’s 10th anniversary video helped him learn more about the history of LGBTQ students on campus and more about the creation and early history of the Center. Ramos goes on to discuss the role of the Center and the support received there in shaping his own journey to embrace his identity and offers some suggestions on how the Center can work to improve the quality of life for LGBTQ students on campus.
