Description
Holograph letter from E. Laws, White Star Line, R.M.S. Lapland, to Hagan, asking to receive Mr. Edgar Sharp, 'K. of C.' [Knights of St. Columbanus] commissioner in England of Irish origin, who showed a kindness to Cardinal Cerretti. Also reporting of his attendance at the trial of Fr. O'Donnell, to be concluded today; 'only perjury and prejudice could find him guilty' and ecclesiastical authorities ought to show their appreciation for his steadfastness. Giving his New York address.
