Description
Holograph letter from W.H. Grattan Flood, Rosemount, Enniscorthy (County Wexford), to Hagan, with congratulations- 'ad multos annos' and possibly higher preferment in the near future. His merits could not have been overlooked 'unless by gross jobbery'. Asking to have the grant and diploma of the [cross pro ecclesia et pontefice] renewed, granted in 1917 through Bishop Cleary of Ferns but wrongly sent to Columbia - enclosing letter from O'Riordan (not extant).
