Description
Typescript draft letter with one handwritten addition from [Hagan] to 'Colonello' [Cugini, Rome], stating that he was unable to accept the villa at Tivoli back as planned because of the poor state of repair of the property and the fact furniture was missing � giving details. Stating he will not again deal with the civilian sent for the consignment but instead deal with the colonel or another military representative.
