Description
Holograph letter from Patrick J. Walsh, Archbishop's House, Dublin, to Hagan, with congratulations, and with the satisfaction that the sinister influences against the Irish College's policy coming from Westminster, but also from 'within our own gates', have not won out. He thinks this is chiefly due to their mutual 'chief' [Archbishop Walsh] whose judgement was never deflected by 'sinister susurrations'; also Cardinal Logue acted very well in the matter.
