Description
Holograph letter from A. [Jeganatham], honourable secretary to the Office of the Indian Catholic Truth Society and the Morning Star, Cantonment, Trichinopoly (Tiruchicapally, India), to 'dear Father' [Hagan]. At the request of Colonel P.W. O'Gorman, who visited Rome in March, he sends a parcel of brochures to illustrate the work of their two-year-old society. Brief remark on the difficult situation in a country predominantly Hindu and Mohamedan; it is hard to fight the enemy- Protestant literature- with their limited means.
