Holograph letter from Bishop Patrick McKenna, Bishop's House, Monaghan, to Hagan, advising him that he forwarded his letter to the Bishop of Derry; it was sent to him by mistake. Acknowledging Hagan's surmise that the Pope was encouraged to send his telegram for English propaganda purposes.
