Description
Holograph letter from [Count] P.J. O'Byrne, Grosvenor Hotel, London, to Hagan, advising him of his arrival in Rome on the 19th. Stating that he had only accepted the post in Rome because he hoped he could rely on Hagan's advice and guidance, knowing how much 'you have the Irish cause at heart (and) what tremendous services you have rendered it in Rome'.
