Holograph letter from Sr. (Mary) Ambrose, St. John's Hospital, Limerick, to Hagan. They are anxious for news; a letter expected by the bishop has not arrived yet. However, they have been given the right to allow novices make perpetual vows, which must come as a humiliation to their superiors in S. Stefano. Asking if Monsignor Mahony has shocked the congregation with the ghastly news.
