Holograph letter from Bishop C. O'Sullivan, The Palace, Killarney (County Kerry), expressing his relief and gratitude for the speedy termination of the case and for its result; unhappy it will appear in the Acta. He will treat 'the poor unfortunate' with all generosity. Enclosing list of dispensations granted by him over the previous year: not naming parties; mostly cases of marriage in consanguinity.
