Description
Holograph letter from, Dr. Erich Klitsche, Wiežowa 1 [D. Seminary], Poznań, Poland, to Hagan, giving his news three months after having met him in Rome. Explaining the division of the Poznań archdiocese between Poland and Germany; the German priests are subject to the Polish Cardinal Archbishop [Dałbor]. He is teaching Canon Law; there are few students in proportion to the size of the diocese. He plans to return to the German part, hoping to found a seminary. Prices [in Germany] are rising daily, especially for fabrics and books. In deep gratitude for his help during his studies in Rome
