Typescript letter signed A.B.[Art O'Brien], London, to 'my dear friend' (Hagan), in thanks for his detailed opinions regarding their branch establishment in (Rome). In agreement with the necessity for precaution; some people at home are regretfully incautious; he is passing on the opinions given to the managing director. H.[ales] is likely to go to (Rome) this weekend and will pass on to the writer any arrangements made with Hagan.
