Description
Holograph letter from J. O'Dea, Mount St. Mary's, Galway, to 'Denny' [Hynes], with last words on the election which is still underway; the terna system is mostly inoperative there. Profoundly disappointed with [Hynes's] letter and regretting that he did not have it earlier to warn some voters. Fahey is likely to get the majority of votes. Pledging to give the new bishop all his support, no matter how he is elected. Hoping that if they don't get the 'dignior' they will get the 'dignissimus'.
