Description
Holograph letter from William McNeely, Letterkenny, County Donegal, to Hagan, in gratitude for the Bulls. The consecration is planned for 22 July. The appointment threw him 'into a state of alarm' since he was not prepared for it. Enclosing bill for Roman taxes; this is 'not in harmony with Irish anti-tax spirit'.
