Description
Holograph card from Bishop A. Brownrigg, Kilkenny, Hagan, regretting he cannot send a student to Rome this year. Many priests wait to return to the diocese and they need to reduce the number of ordinations. There is peace in Ireland at least externally and were Hagan to come on holidays he would benefit from that.
