Description
Holograph letter from Arthur H. Ryan, Downpatrick, County Armagh, to (Curran). Following encouragements, he will go to Bobbio and will be free afterwards. He will contact Curran's brother about the journey; sketching a 'real Irish route' including Luxeuil, (Bad Säckingen), St. Gall; expecting to arrive by 31 August. (Reverse with handwritten note from Hagan concerning accounts, in Italian.)
