Description
Holograph letter from P.E. Magennis O.C., Convento del Carmen, Jerez (Spain), to Hagan. He has engaged on a task much larger than he thought; sketching his itinerary ahead, with two nuns' convents near Osuna next. If he does not visit one there would be a rebellion and subsequent secession. He will not reach Rome before 2 October. Fr. Devlin of Dublin will come and give his students exercises. Surmising Hagan will not stay in the north so long.
