Copy typescript Bulletin no.102 issued by the Délégagation Irlandaise, 4 Rue de la Terrasse, Paris (France). Quoting a statement [from the republican government] as published in the English press: condemnation of the (treaty) as it was imposed in December 1921, and of the present constitution which does not bestow any real power on the people. Rejecting likewise the British government's declaration of February 1922; only the resignation of the acting ministers can save the country; stating their dedication to full independence as opposed to the present dominion status. Likening the Irish situation to that of Egypt and India; Zagloul Pasha of Egypt has denounced British tyranny in both Egypt and Ireland. Then proceeding to briefly deal with topical questions regarding the Irish situation; President DeValera (bad treatment in prison and election success); the 'colonial parliament' (the recent election results and absentee members), the political prisoners (bad treatment), and the programme of legislation pursued by the Free State (there is no president of the state; all is done solely to counsel the Governor-General).
