Description
Handwritten memorandum by [Domenico Tizi], Rome, (on behalf of the Archbishop of Dublin) for [Vatican authorities]. Sketching the case of Fr. Dempsey whose case of excardination from the Dublin diocese is not clear. He had been informally accepted in Brisbane, but following a disagreement with the bishop there he now claims his right to return to Dublin.
