Holograph letter from John Cooney P.P., St. Thomas’s, West Hill S.W.18 (London, England), to Hagan, introducing Mr. Whittington, a Church of Ireland minister, and asking to obtain admission to a papal audience for him. Whittington has shown great sympathy to their hunger-strikers; he had been chaplain in the hospital they were transferred to.
