Description
Holograph letter from D.F. McCrea, Kilrea, County Derry, to Hagan, with another instalment of stipends from Fr. McErlain's will; asking that some needy religious houses be given a share. Then commenting on meeting Curran and students at Bobbio: the latter 'looked very neat and had none of that crushed appearance which formerly characterized them'. He did not go to Rome afterwards.
