Holograph letter from [Canon] Gaudenzio Bisetti, Rector of the Seminary, of the (committee for the) Festeggiamenti pel XIII Centenario di S. Colombano Abate, Bobbio, to Hagan. Expressing great satisfaction with the festivities in September: 'all of Italy wondered at such great events unravelling in a place so small'. Grateful for Irish help, and having escaped death, he will dedicate his life to St. Columbanus's basilica. Explaining his health problems and his financial straits, asking for Irish Mass intentions
