Typescript copy memorandum by [Bishop O'Sullivan of Kerry, Killarney] for [...], submitting the facts of the case Fr. O'Callaghan, now of Eyeries, made against him. Describing his untenable and obstreperous ways in dealing with his parishioners, curates, and with the bishop. He has since appointed a new parish priest but O'Callaghan refuses to budge. Enclosing handwritten copy letter from Fr. O'Callaghan, Caherciveen (County Kerry) to Bishop Mangan [Killarney], refusing to accept Eyeries parish except temporarily; copy also of bishop's reply insisting on the parish. 3 October 1904- [1923]
