Description
Handwritten draft letter from (Hagan) to Monsignor [...] [Congregation of the Consistory]. Concerning the case of the Bishop of Kerry against Fr. O'Callaghan, asking for a formal document with the congregation's sentence on O'Callaghan, who was in Rome earlier in the year to appeal against his removal from his parish. The bishop's lawyer needs the document since the case is now dealt with in a legal court.
