Description
Holograph letter from M.(J. Curran), Tivoli, to Hagan, having heard that he has returned. Hubert Briscoe and McNerney, the London correspondent of the Independent, were with him. Inviting him to send Fr. Morrissey out for a few days. Advising him of the six students who presented for examination at Clonliffe. The Germans visited them and 'cleared us out of cigarettes'. Also mentioning The Torch, a new Catholic weekly. (The students listed enrolled at the College in 1923.)
