Description
Holograph letter from William Brennan P.P., Rathdowney, (County Laois), to Coadjutor bishop James Downey of Ossory, Kilkenny. Asking for a 'dispensation in radice' in a case where the new spouse of a local man (Elizabeth and David Cusack) was found not to have been baptized at the time of the marriage; they have a child. They do not need to know of the problems involved. (Covering letter not extant.)
