Holograph letter from J.J. Joyce, P.P.V.C., St. Brigid's, Portumna, County Galway, to (Hagan), enclosing draft for the Clonfert Peter's Pence. The Archbishop of Tuam wrote to Cardinal Merry delVal about the unfortunate O'Loughlin case; it would be a charity to restore him to faculties; very few know of the nature of his crime and he is most popular.
