Holograph letter from Bishop E. Mulhern, Ardmaine, Newry (County Down), to Hagan, asking whether his last cheque arrived. Some remarks about his application for a tax refund on the Oliver Plunkett burse; the Free State deals with these things slowly. Concerning the boundary question, all sorts of reports are afloat. Hoping the settlement with the bank is making progress. Comments on the cold weather.
