Description
Holograph letter from P.T.K.[eohane], Raven Hotel, Droitwich, Worcestershire (England), to (Hagan). He is very content with the place and the fact that others shun it for its dullness. Asking whether he noticed any change in [S.P.]; Fr. MacErlain is said to be take [Canavan]'s post and is supposed to be '"an out- and-outer"'. He told the only friend he has in that respect that he does not wish any move made; laughing at the fact that Canice [O'Gorman] is saidto have such influence with the Pope as to be able to clinch the matter. Hoping to see Hagan soon: he will have earned his holiday 'after squelching all the reptiles'.
