Holograph letter from Fr. Thomas Bowe, Parochial House, Castletown, Mountrath (County Laois), to [Archbishop Byrne], asking for marriage dispensation for Michael Colloton and Elizabeth Moore: they are second cousins, but he believes the marriage will be good for all parties. Asking how the couple had best comply with their obligation as regards the Holy Hour. [Enclosing] holograph letter from Elizabeth Moore, Glenbower, [County Laois], to Fr. Bowe [...], stating that her father and [her fiancé’s] mother are first cousins. (Covering letter not extant.) [14-21 July 1924]
