Holograph letter from Innocent Ryan, The Presbytery, Cashel, County Tipperary, to Hagan, asking to obtain permission to celebrate Pontifical High Mass in albis, on Sunday 26 October. The preceding day their church will be consecrated; the Bishop of Limerick will give the sermon. Congratulations on his success in the negotiations with the government.
