Copy typescript circular letters from the Comitato Centrale per l'Anno Santo, Via Gregoriana 24, Rome, to the national councils. Discussing practical points concerning the reception, hosting, and transport of pilgrims to and in Rome; numbers of pilgrims and their accommodation have to be registered. Urging national councils to educate their co-nationals about the Holy Year, and about ceremonies and other features such as the Vatican Missionary Exhibition, for which information leaflets can be ordered.
