Holograph letter from P.J. Deering, Summit Hotel, Howth (Dublin), to (Hagan), with Christmas greetings. Remarks about the many changes made to the villa in Tivoli. In reference to the very wet winter, jesting about the fact that the 'men of the west' must be flooded for those of the east gaining light and heat.
