Holograph letter from Bishop Charles McHugh, Derry, to Hagan. Enclosing a copy of his statement with corrections, and enclosing letters from the Superior General of the Christian Brothers (neither extant, but for the statement see documents above 'circa early 1925'). Commenting on the Superior's allegations about the late Bishop Kelly's intentions for the schools; the latter in fact vested the schools in secular trustees. Details of latest payment arrangements. Leaving things to Hagan's discretion. Asking to renew subscription to Acta Apostolicae Sedis.
