Description
Holograph letter from W.J. Walsh P.P., Saints Peter and Paul, Clonmel (County Tipperary), to Hagan. Explaining the course of events that led to their adoption of the statute that was subsequently rejected by the bishop. Accepting Hagan's notion that the Congregation of the Council will declare the item irregular; declaring their determination not to appeal against the bishop- it would not serve the cause and would endanger their relationship with him. (The mark 'copy' was later erased.)
