Description
Holograph letter from Bishop Charles McHugh, Bishop's House, Derry, to (Hagan), in receipt of a dispensation. Explaining a case in which he sought a dispensation before; Reverend Mother De Sales (Kelly) has been elected for the third time at the Loreto Convent, Omagh. Sending parallel to this formal replies to Hagan's statement on the Christian Brothers case; he will inform him of further correspondence expected with the Belfast Ministry of Education. He agrees with his opinion of the Archbishop of Tuam.
