Description
Holograph letter from Rector D.J. O’Doherty of the Colegio Seminario de nobles Irlandeses, Salamanca, Spain, to Hagan, asking to obtain permission to [celebrate] the Mass of Blessed Oliver Plunkett: doubtful whether the bishop can decide in such matters as the use of the Irish ordo as their church is independent from the College and dedicated to St. James. Another question concerning St. Patrick and the ordo. Aware that his brother will stay at the Irish College when visiting Rome.
