Holograph letter from Bishop William McNeely, Letterkenny (County Donegal), to Hagan. Asking his opinion on the proposed Association of Past Students of the Schools of Propaganda; Monsignor Pietro Ciriaci invited him to take an active role in forming and promoting it. Guessing that the Archbishop of Dublin has decided against taking such a role himself, though he would be better placed.
