Handwritten draft and copy typescript letter [by Hagan] from the members of the Australian and New Zealand pilgrimage to Rome to Pius IX. Being the first such pilgrimage undertaken, numbering 300 participants; naming members of the hierarchy present; pointing to the long journey from 'Ultima Thule', and asking for the papal benediction.
